WELCOME! LET'S BEGIN
***To see the requirements for submission, scroll down to the categories and click the "More" drop-down to the right of each category.***
Once you are ready to begin your application (or if you would like to see all of the required form fields), click "Submit Form" beside the chosen category. You will be prompted to create an account or login to your existing account (if you have applied for a scholarship or nominated a nurse for an award in the past, you already have an account).
ACCESS YOUR SAVED DRAFT
You are able to save a draft of your application and come back later to complete and submit it. Here's how to find your saved draft:
- Go to https://nightingaleawards.submittable.com/login
- Enter the username (your email) and password that you originally created for your account
- Once logged in, in the upper right corner, beside your name, click the drop-down
- Choose My Submissions
- Click the Saved Drafts tab
EDITING YOUR SUBMISSION
Once you have submitted your application, you are not able to go back and edit. If you need to make an edit, you must submit an edit request via the Submittable system. Alternatively, you can contact Kathy Del Pizzo with questions or edit requests at 215-628-9944 or info@nightingaleawards.org. Only completed/submitted applications will be considered.
